Josh has helped me work through injuries and become stronger. Through targeted exercises, I have alleviated my lower back and knee pain and gained more range of motion all around. Josh takes the time to understand your fitness goals, and he pushes you to achieve your goals, whether it's strength or recovery. Combined with his massage therapy, I have developed more flexibility and strength, which have made my workouts easier, more varied, and much more fun!

Finding myself in a rut, working out every day and not seeing any significant results, I decided it was time to call in the big guns! So I started working with Joshua Allen. He is extremely knowledgeable and very experienced and I began to see results quickly. I was gaining muscle, losing weight, getting stronger and gaining confidence. Josh guided and encouraged me to get me where I never thought or believed I could go. At the age of 60, I’ve run 5 half marathons. If anyone had told me that a few years ago, I would have laughed at them!

Val is both strong and nurturing and knows every single person in her classes and what they can and can’t do. She will guide you, help you and encourage you. Val’s classes are safe, non-judgmental zones, and when new people join the class, they are welcomed in by everyone like a friend we haven’t seen in a while. There are many, many rewards I’ve gotten out of We Rep Fitness, but the most precious are: gaining confidence in myself and making new friends who I do things with outside of our workouts!
